I started running firefox as my browser just for this reason. It offers me a world clock on a task bar that shows the current times in the time zones I choose. At a glance I can see what time it is in US Pac Time, GMT/UTC, UK and Hong Kong. Although I can't imagine how I ever used anything but Firef...
