Re: Assault on Aldera Campaign

THE STORM Alzari did no lie… so far. Indeed there was a big storm protecting the drows from the sunlight and yes there was a coastal village where they managed to get onto a boat. It was a tiny fishing boat. Apparently the crystal did exists too at least that is what the hag was saying. They were no...

Re: Assault on Aldera Campaign

TURNING WIND "The wind is turning, don't you think? I dare not say more but I think we understand each other which is a start." Back in the fortress perhaps for the last time, Rogha secretly counted how many defenders they would have to remove if they were to take the stronghold back. Around fifty s...

Re: Assault on Aldera Campaign

The team continued to raid the island sometimes by accident but other times with a purpose. The group wanted to return deep down perhaps to take a break, resupply and prepare the next raid. It was not to be. They were given a new mission while in a cave connecting the surface to the under world. Rog...

Re: NWN 1:EE

Thanks VM. Something like this may help (pasted this from youtube): "How to setup direct connect for NWN:EE Same process if your using beamdog, just find the nwmain.exe in the install folder and do the same thing. Add +connect 45.77.237.205:5121 to the target line in the shortcut properties. (change...

Re: Assault on Aldera Campaign

The party cleared a lighthouse and killed a strange dragon turtle. Some members of the group were eager to kill or destroy everything they did not understand or value including dragon eggs or other things that could fetch a high price given the right buyer. They did not loot much if anything but Rog...

Re: NWN 1:EE

I would second VM regarding continuing with this party a bit more. "Tian'ith may be next to useless" so is Rogha IMHO but it makes the campaign more interesting. AFAIK EE (pc/mac) can be purchased from Beamdog or Steam. However Beamdog sells EE for about USD20 while Steam sells it for about half tha...

Re: Assault on Aldera Campaign

The team completed another mission, clearing another settlement and returned below to report. Old Rogha was a bit tired of going back and forth that way but for the time being she had to...

Re: Assault on Aldera Campaign

The group went back to the mine. Rogha who did not sleep well was falling behind and had to catch up. Later they went back to hide in the cave to wait for dusk. It was a bit strange that drows with all their magic had not yet invented a thing or spell to be able to venture out under the sun. Wasn't ...
