Is there a way to sticky a topic? I can't seem to find it.

For the general forums, only a "global" moderator can do that (otherwise everybody would be stickying stuff). For your own forum, that should be do-able. Let me check.

OK, try now. If it works, I'll set those permissions up for everybody else who in his or her own campaign forum. (under the message body, should be a box with some options, including sticky).
