I emailed slowdive.fan about making the table a plot item so it would be indestructible. This was his reply:

"Oops...I'll add that too my list...try not to bash any spiral staircases as well...you may need to use them sometime...someone notified me of that one as well..."

Guys, we have some thick cloud cover today which is screwing with our connection. If it doesn't clear up enough by tonight, we may have to postpone because the connection will be too slow. I'll try to test it about a half-hour before game time to be sure.

I cleaned off the thermal paste residue from the CPU and heatsink with rubbing alcohol and I replaced my onboard sound with a discrete sound card, so hopefully we won't have any lag issues in the future. The onboard sound was causing issues with another game and so when I saw a sale for a Creative Recon, I picked one up. I'm liking it so far, but I haven't tried it with NWN 2 yet.
