Andreas finished his mug of wine before saying: "Well, you sure have a lot of good ideas. Hard to say really what would be best. I do think we should not waste good olives and putting the gladiator school up and running might be best."

+1200xp for full-party IC posting this week.

IP is 108.203.76.35:5121
PW is same as always.

My modem is still tottering on the brink of failure; I am getting a new one on Monday so please be patient if there's a disconnect mid-game.

OOC

Got my new machine (purchased last Saturday) up and running nwn smoothly enough. Ready for our next game. I have 128 hak in my folder or about 9 Gig. I am sure that I do not need all that to play Heroes. Does any of you have a clean (heroes) hak folder? If you put the list here I will make a heroes hak folder for myself.

Note: I know LB already gave a list but many haks have more than one file (e.g. cep2)

Andreas did not like politics, intrigues, managing and estate or anything like that. He was built to be outside, in the arena or away from the agitation of big cities. A foreigner wanted to buy the estate. Who said it was for sale?
At last they ventured out to chase an outlaw. Another small creature tried to stop them and managed to slow them down injuring a few of them. Even Andreas got frozen in place and injured somehow. After that incident they move on and faced people who were blindly attacking everyone and everything...

Damian stirred the stew as he and the others sat around the campfire. He dipped a small spoon into it and tasted. "Stew's ready." he told the others. He ladled out two bowls and sat next to Aias, giving him one of the bowls. He ate in silence, watching Charidemos the whole time. He set the bowl down and stared at the fire. "I'm not happy with having Charidemos accompany us, but I also don't feel he deserved the curse that Ares set on him." He looked at Charidemos before continuing, "we'll need to be extra careful to not come in contact with any more people until we get to Kyllini. While I'm not happy with this little expedition, this Draco needs to be stopped and we're the closest ones to do it." He shrugged, "who knows? Maybe Argos will grant you leniency, Charidemos, given your curse and your help in dealing with Draco. If you would rather not trust in it, we can deliver you back to the temple. Justice is naught more than condoned vengeance without mercy."

Leonaidas wasn't all that keen on fighting through a band of cut-throats but wondered how easy it would be to find a path around them on a mountainside. Perhaps there some old goat trails they could make use of, though he had doubts whether those in heavier armor would be able to make use of such very easily. But Hermes had favored them by appearing to the team, so he knew he couldn't let his patron deity down.

Polytropos accepted a bowl of stew gratefully, taking big mouthfuls of their potential last meal. "He's going to help us?" he asked. "I thought we were going to be doing all the fighting while he follows. Renounced war, right?" he asked the former warlord. "In any case, shame this curse doesn't seem to affect warriors, else we could sneak you in to this army's camp and watch them tear one another to bits."

He thought a little more. "You know, if we're not going to get the recognition for bringing this man in, maybe we could take this Draco alive. That'd be something, right?"

Telemachus chuckled as he listened to the talk around the fire. "Can't help but notice that we're discussing how we're going to go about attacking an army by ourselves. I think I'm rubbing off on you." he said, grinning. "It'll be nice to fight something normal for a change."
