A captured Gobo failed to yield much of value, but the heroes pressed on and cut and blasted their way thru successive waves of goblins, trolls and bugbears as they sought more chief heads for bounties. Finally, overcome with exhaustion, they fell back to the surface to rest and plan the next step.

Our heroes departed the ruins of the lost city to collect their promised bouty and resupply. In Foxmoor, the army camp lacked provisions so they pressed on to Ice Root and found shelter in the inn. They've received a summons to call on the Keeper of the Temple Arcana.

Having arrived safely in Hobbiton, our heroes are resting up and weighing their options after receiving their reward for dispatching the humanoids beneath the lost city.

On returning the tome to Drakestone Tower, the heroes were offered a commission to hunt Owlbear eggs. Further discussions with the resident sage turned up more useful bits for the upcoming quest. Now there's the business of meeting with the Bishop of Heln.
