OK, I think I got you set up Carlo, and you should have moderator permissions for your forum. You'll see the forum in the list of campaign forums, or here is the link:

If something doesn't work, let me know.

Hello! I'd like to request a category with one public forum and one private forum.

Category name: "Mercenary Company Campaign"
Main forum: "Mercenary Company Campaign"
Private sub-forum: "DM Planning"

I'm not sure it's possible to set up a password accessible forum, campaign forums are generally open for all to see and private ones are restricted by user level permissions. Hard to achieve on a group by group basis. Will see what can be done.

Edit: It looks like your request for a forum will have to be batted up to Venture as I can see no options for creating or editing the site. Carlo may have so will consult.

You shouldn't need a separate category for the forum, as I expect it'll be placed under the "Campaign Forums" category. There are a proliferation of sub-views though, so it depends on how exactly you're viewing the boards as to what appears. In any case, believe it should be doable by Venture.

Carlo, I think I've just set this up so you have admin level ability to add/manage subforums as people need them. I'm happy to do it, too, although I will probably be slower.
