GW, I can't get the portrait file to download.
My character has proficiency in the longsword and shortbow, 2 slots in the two weapon style, and of course I'll be using some form of leather armor.

It's working for me, Purple, but I'll email it to you.

Re: Baldur's Gate II - Discussion
So are we going to sort out the player permissions and stuff like that?
And who's the Bhaalspawn?
Anyways, so the group is now:
Kensai (Fighter)
Undead Slayer (Paladin) Human
Cleric (Healer) Halfling
Swashbuckler (Thief) Human
Wild Mage (Magic User) Elf
And who's the Bhaalspawn?

Since I'm hosting, I'll need to be the bhaalspawn. As for permissions, I don't care if everybody has full permissions or not, just don't go changing cells until everybody's ready.
Re: Baldur's Gate II - Discussion
I've been trying to get a mod installed that allows you to play BG1->BG2 but it keeps erroring out. I'll try BGTutu and see if I'll have better success with that. Don't worry, this won't affect the regular BG2 game, but it's an option for those that have the original game and its expansion.
Re: Baldur's Gate II - Discussion
Just an FYI: you can disable certain movies like the resting one by using the following line in your baldur.ini file:
Disable Movies=1
Put it underneath the [Program Options] heading and save the file. Now you won't get the starting movies nor the resting ones. It won't make a difference in gameplay but might help speed things up.

Re: Baldur's Gate II - Discussion
But I quite like the movies; especially the dream sequences.
Re: Baldur's Gate II - Discussion
The dream sequences with Imoen and Irenicus will still run since they're not movies, per se. I turned the movies off because one didn't want to copy properly, plus it helps speed up the game.

Alright, Klasa's back in. Hopefully we can get Bobo in next week as well.
