DST for Europe and USA in March

So, here's the deal with daylight savings time this year.
The U.S. has its time change on March 9th. U.S.-based players will see no change in the game start time (which remains 5PM Eastern time, as the common reference point). UK-based players will have the game start an hour *earlier* than usual until March 30th, when their DST change occurs and we are all back to normal.
