Hythum: organization of play and resources

In the interim period before resuming the main campaign, I'll be hosting the Hythum mod as a multiplayer, no-DM game. I suggested it because it should be solid (no significant bugs) and also because it'll be a nice change of pace for me to be a player.

The mod's page on Neverwinter Vault is linked below, with all of the download and installation instructions. Please note that it'll require CEP 1.xx to run, but that's also linked and available there, in case you've deleted the old version. Suggest doing a brief test run of the mod (just to see if you can get into it) once you have the haks installed, to make sure it loads properly.

There is a DM guide and walkthrough included in the mod docs; naturally I won't be taking a look at the SPOILERS. (There is a player readme for everyone's use.). If something techy goes wrong, though, I should be able to fix it by logging into the mod via the DM client.

I'm putting up a separate topic for PC selection / background, since we will be creating new characters and should have some sort of balance in the party, i.e. not all halfling wizards. (Although that might be interesting...) There is very little setting info provided before starting, which means we can be somewhat creative with our PCs, but they will not have a lengthy setting-dependent backstory.

One technical note, the module page links to a CEP 1.xx installer that may not put files in the correct place. Here's a link to a CEP 1.xx download that you can manually extract and install:
