Westgate: Prequel session for Beard's new PC [Fri/Sat]

This prequel session is for Beard's new PC, date/time TBD.

Other new PCs will also get their own prequel sessions, schedule and time permitting, prior to the main campaign session on February 10.

Server info will be posted here shortly before the session's start time. Any necessary discussions about the scheduled time, technical requirements, etc. can also be posted in this topic.

I'm getting everything done on my end, if you were okay with short notice, I'm available later today OR tomorrow for the prequel session.

Have fun with the Super Bowl. I'm 10.5 hours ahead of its time zone, so will be asleep, heh.

Scheduling the prequel session for a weeknight will be doable if you can start at a 9:00 PM Eastern US (New York) reference time. That would be a 7:30 AM start for me. Alternatively, the weekend would be possible as well, time TBD.

Please make sure to send me your PC's core background info (not necessarily a full bio) at least a day in advance, so I can work up an appropriate intro scenario and do any necessary additions to the mod.

I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. My timezone is GMT -7.

My weekly work schedule is as follows:

Mondays: Off
Tuesday: 11-730
Wednesday thru Sat:10-6:30
Sunday: Off

I have one of those outgoing significant others who try to steal all of my free time but generally speaking any time revolving around that schedule works for me. Takes me about half an hour to get home from work.

I'd feel terrible you getting up at 730 in the morning for a dm event just for lil old me. Does anything else work better for you?

Normally I get up at 6:00 AM, so mornings here are not a problem. But given your timezone, it looks like a good session time for you would be later in the morning for me, so even better.

I'll therefore suggest an 8:30 PM local start time for you, which would mean 9:00 AM the next day for me (an excellent schedule fit).

Tonight for you/tomorrow morning for me would be a bit much, since I'll be DMing Klingon's prequel session late tonight and will also need some prep time for your PC's scenario. I've also got Face with a Tuesday night session (my time). So I would recommend any weekday starting with Wednesday evening your time (Thursday morning my time). Weekends would also be possible, at the same time (8:30 PM your time), or with some added flexibility if needed.

I'll separately send you an updated PM on character creation.

I've gone ahead and scheduled the game for Thursday at 8:30 PM (your time) and set up a reference calendar event on Neverwinter Connections (link below). If you register and then update your site profile's time zone, the event will show at the correct time.
