DMFI update - April 2019

February - March was rather busy, with the release of the DMFI Multiplayer Starter Mod for NWN:EE on Neverwinter Vault, followed by the publication of the Creating and Running a Neverwinter Nights Campaign guide on Neverwinter Connections. Both of these should give DMs looking to creating new campaigns/modules a head start on the process and a lot of useful resources to explore. The MP Starter Mod already has over 100 downloads on the Vault, which is an indication of the level of interest in multiplayer campaigns.
DMFI-specific projects are still in the pipeline, although I've been devoting most of my NWN time to creating the new SP/MP mod Border Kingdom Ruler, which will have a multiplayer beta session at Neverwinter Connections on April 27th. Details: https://forum.neverwintervault.org/t/ne ... ruler/1826
Looking ahead to May, the following projects are at the top of the queue:
-- An update and revision of the "DM'ing in a Persistent World Environment" DMFI article
-- Revision of DMFI 101: So You Want To Be a DM for NWN:EE. At this point it is likely to be primarily a docs update with a couple of in-game tweaks, although will welcome ideas for any specific additions that might be valuable to DMs learning or reviewing the DM client and the DMFI Wands and Widgets.
