Damian arched an eyebrow at Pol's comment. "That's something I'd like to see, Pol. Preferably from a safe distance, of course." He started to chuckle as Kat spoke, but quickly grabbed his stomach and ran towards the railing. "Not again" he muttered as he leaned over the railing. "Uh...I think I need to go lie down for a bit. Come get me when we land."

Despite being prepared for anything the heroes were nearly defeated. A monarch would have had them killed, cut into pieces and fed to some beasts.
Andreas did again prove his might in the arena. As the giant charged, not waiting for the signal to start he quickly moved to the right and punched his opponent in the face. That unexpected counter attack gave him enough time to hit the giants a few times before he could react. It took less than half a sandglass for the fight to be over. Andreas grabbed a necklace and a sharp knife from the man. To the victor goes to spoil he said to himself.
This was not the end of it. The King and his soldiers attacked, they were war dogs too. Andreas went down once, twice, his friends were injured too. He quickly healed with the herbs as many as he could, there was blood everywhere and bodies of soldiers and dogs. Andreas looked around trying to see who was where and plan ahead before more soldiers could arrive...

As the sunlight touched Damian's face, he woke with a start. "Huzzah?" He looked around groggily before patting Aias. "Why did you guys let me sleep so long?" he asked the empty room. "Uh, guys?" He wiped his eyes and looked around again before frowning. "Lovely. I guess we'll need to go rescue them or something, old friend." He patted Aias before getting unsteadily to his feet. "No rest for the wicked indeed." He sighed and quickly grabbed his gear, before heading out, hoping they could catch signs of the party's trail before overlong. "Let's pray that they haven't gotten into too much trouble, my friend. I really need to start taking something before these ship voyages. This running out after them is annoying."

Damian's arrival on deck was greeted by the sight of four, fiery maned, smoke snorting mare's there, together with his rather battered looking companions. Kataramene looked rather unsteady and was carrying an axe that was almost as long as she was tall, covered in strangely frozen blood, over her shoulder.
"You missed it," she said, then staggered badly as the ship moved. The axe fell from her shoulder with a clang, narrowly missing her foot, and she grabbed at Polytropos to steady herself - covering the act by trying to make it look as if she were getting his attention.
"I think this axe might be a little big for me," she told him, "do you mind if someone carries it for a while?"

"Don't give it to me!" Eleni said, whilst attempting to calm one of the blazing mares who was, understandably, not entirely certain about this whole 'sea voyage' idea. "I'm not sure I'd be able to carry it even without all these other things dragging me down. Oh! Hello, Damian."
She turned to the druid, smiling in a somewhat sheepish fashion. "We got invited to a party. It got pretty rowdy. We'll tell you all about it later. In the mean time, could you help me calm down these poor, flesh-eating horses that are also on fire? Preferably before they set fire to our boat."

Leonaidas was surprised they'd managed to secure the flaming horses without burning up their raft or ship. He wondered how they'd fare on the voyage back. He made a mental note to himself to sleep on deck in a hammock slung not far from one of the ship's boats. In any case, he certainly had a lot of good material for a song or two out of this trip, flaming meat-eating horses, who'd believe that?

Tel slumped down into a corner, exhausted. "What happened to those hydra-poison arrows we had? Because that bastard king would have made a great target. At least we got the bloody horses, now all we have to do is get back to civilization without burning our ship to a cinder."

Polytropos seems quite happy to offer Kataramene some support. "It's your trophy, eh? You can give that to whoever you want. Just like I did." He gives the woman a smirk.
"Still got the poisoned arrows," He calls over at Telemachus without turning his head. "Saving them for something special, not a common man-monster like Diomedes."

Damian rubbed his eyes and looked at the horses. "I can't let you guys go anywhere by yourselves, can I?"
