((There's no real chance of me making the early start time. Is joining in feasible for the story if I arrive half way through, and if not will she get a chance at the Dex boost next time?))
Re: Assault on Aldera Campaign
Looks like our Euros forgot to adjust for DST. The four players in-game agreed to come back in 50 mins. So we'll check in then and hope everyone else makes it. We really need at least 5 to have a reasonable chance of survival today.

((Ack, my bad. It's been a slow afternoon, and all the timey-wimey wibbley-wobbley nonsense slipped my mind.))
Re: Assault on Aldera Campaign
Rogha never took the time to explain to the others that she suffered from acute memory loss after her lair was attacked by the slavers. She did not see the point sharing any private matter with the group early on and now it seemed pointless. Nevertheless she was able to regain most of her memory and abilities with it. She now remembered how to speak with and control animals, how to cast spells beyond the basic cantrips and how to sing not quite like a harpy but still. Also she remembered so to speak how to equip an armor for battle and how to use most weapon. Yet she preferred to wear a robe as it was much more comfortable but she now had a shield for protection a hammer she picked from a dead duergar and bow she purchased from a merchant.
During their last tour of duty they were attacked by strong drows. They prevailed but had to retreat to recover from their injuries. Later they stormed a fortress and cleared it up which was part of their ongoing mission...

It felt good to conquer. To seize from the unworthy. To see them scatter in terror at his advance. To take for himself that which his enemies were too weak to hold.
It was almost a shame, Miiq supposed, that they could not claim this tower for themselves. Clearly, it wasn't the worst fortress in the Underdark - the pitiful gnomes had, after all, managed to hold it despite its obvious location so close to Ezziroth, with all its many greedy factions. Now, however, was not the time for such schemes. Miiq knew that it was to his benefit to keep moving; to remain flexible. The derro might be bound to their land, but he was not.
A good kobold always knows where all the exits are.

Re: Assault on Aldera Campaign
The siege and assault had gone wonderfully, and how could it not under her leadership, after all? Ravillion was pleased, or at the very least not disappointed in the group at the moment. They had murdered a group of lessors that dared to challenge her, and it was barely any effort either. Not like the Drow assassins, but even in her current form they too had fell. Yes, she was pleased at their deaths. Pleased enough that she even saved a blade and set of armor for that woman.
Proceeding ahead would be simple enough. They would rest and allow the mercenaries time to leave the city before they infiltrated to both sell the hides they just obtained /and/ get the key they needed. Perhaps murdering the foul Duergar could be avoided, but with any luck the Ryld or one of the others will muck that up and they'll simply have no choice but to murder him and everyone else there.

What a day. Getting shanked by some drow first thing in the morning can sure make you cranky. And the worst part was he didn't even do anything! Vot just had the misfortune of being in the proximity of the rest of them. Apparently the crew had pissed them off before. Ugh. Well, at least they were rotting in a ditch now. Oh, and he got to blow off some steam after, when they got into that Svirf tower fort thingy. The little runts weren't so tough face to face.
But the best part of the day? They had a pretty nice kitchen. Vot almost never got to cook in such a nice place. And they definitely had some nice cookware, not to mention all the ingredients he was gonna nab. So, all in a good day despite the awful morning.
