"She's not wrong," Shanni added. "The Prince of Lies is petty and self-centered, and enjoys ruining people's lives or causing them mistakes....." Shanni paused, with a finger on her lips in mock contemplation. "Oh wait, that's your Lady too." The young woman waved her hand in a theatrical fashion as if dismissing it, but not after giving Suula a wicked grin.

"But yes, she's right. He's a complete bastard who pushes ill will on people rather than throwing the challenge of misfortune in their path. Murder and conflict aren't your Lady's direct bag." She paused a moment. "Though I suppose it might be a consequence of their actions if they don't have the luck to avoid it." There was a longer pause. "Of course if someone wanted to cause those they might be lucky and pull it off." There was an even longer pause.

"It's complicated, but the Prince of Lies is bad."

"He is a murderer. A madman. A thief. A king who wears a stolen crown. All that he is, he took from those who were more deserving. He is a god, yes, but he is everything that is most loathsome in mortals, ascended."

Nihmri turned to her friends, and smiled.

"Good thing we have him outnumbered, no?"

The final mod in the campaign, Realms of Madness, uses some of the CTP tilesets. I think you should all have these, but just in case here are the haks used in the module:

ctp_common
ctp_dungeon_lok
ctp_dwarf_hall

If you are missing any of these files you can get them at https://neverwintervault.org/project/nw ... et-project

The mod also uses bmmountainsv102, but I use that one in a lot of my mods and you should all have it already.

So per our in-game discussion today, next session will be July 8, where we will begin Realms of Madness. Also, be sure to note the post above where I mentioned the haks used in the next mod.

Once again the team managed to overcome all the dangers of the prison to somehow free the unknown deity. They found a few item including some kind of energy bow. The bowstring was missing and it did not look like it was a Force bow so it went to Slade. The Arcane Archer in return got Slade's previous bow that a Force bow with a decent enchantment.

Back in the temple the group was informed that some planar creature stole a very important staff that had to be retrieved at all cost. It was time to start another journey...

Verified haks.

Checked various versions of Hank's bow. It's exactly some kind of force bow (composite bow). Also, I assumed that the bowstring was missing and that we had to find or make one.

That bow will help Slade more than me. Something like a North Wind Bow (HOTU) or any HOTU composite longbow mighty +++ is more what I am after.

Proceeding deeper into the complex the party encountered a serious of magical statues of various creatures which came to life when neared. These proved rather tough to destroy, but each was eventually dispatched. Some of these guarded magical artifacts which the party collected and added to their trove. Slade picked up a new bow and swapped is old one to the archer as a backup. Eventually, the party found and freed a goddess, though Slade wasn't really sure how that transpired, or even which goddess she was. The others seemed to think this was a great achievement, and he had a new bow out of the deal, so was satisfied for now.

Toric turned to Nih and said, "So that Goddess of yers we freed, lass, what's she be 'bout? Is yer other God gonna be jealous that ye worship two diametrically opposed deities? Bad 'nough we got twin sisters who worship the twins as it where, I don't want ta be caught in the middle of a divine war o'er yer soul." He shook his head. "Anyway, ye coulda told us 'bout this earlier, ain't like this be a world shattering secret or anythin'." He eyed her. "Ye ain't got any more 'secrets' we should be knowin' 'bout, do ye?"

Reminder, no session this week. Hope you're all enjoying summer, I'm missing my NWN fix and looking forward to getting back into the game next weekend.
