Anyone keeping an eye on Suula as the light gathered within the circle - though who would be doing such a thing as a wonder was occurring? - would witness an interplay of emotions across her face. A look of distaste... almost a snarl! At Toric's mutterings... a look of distaste that grew confused as her sister came to her side, and was finally evicted by contrition as she closed her fingers around her sister's hand. A flicker of her eyes at Amathain's statement, and a puzzled instant in which she seemed to remember where she was, and who she was with. In the next instant, there was nothing but a vague blank frown and a nose in the air at Nihmri's smugness.

((Same time this week, but us EU folks have our clocks go back this weekend. We usually keep to the east coast time though so I think you're good for a couple of weeks?))

So regarding future campaign plans. We have one, at most two sessions left in the current module. Then we'll segue the Devotion campaign into an old module of mine, Legends of the Sword Coast. I originally built that mod in 2004, as sort of a compilation of some of my early adventures. I last ran it in 2008. It's basically a vanilla NWN module with CEP 2.4 added so that all of your custom gear and so forth will remain compatible. There is one extra hak set in the mod that I'll need to make available to you if I can't find it on the Vault. Legends should take us a few months to play through, at which point I'll determine if you're ready for Against the Giants, or if we need to tackle another intermediate-level module first.

Once ready to depart the devoted travelled to the lair of the beasts located in the former territory of the lizard men.

With the new weapons forged by the giant and the help of magic the party cleared the area. Even the false God who was in fact a priest of Malar diid meet his end.

On the way back they met with one of the lizard man and informed him that his people should now return to their home and rebuilt.

The day was not over yet and the group used the moon stone to travel to another realm that was corrupted by shadow creatures. Again, they chased and defeated them one by one. There was a strange dark sphere of matter that was the source of the Evil in the realm. Despite the pain it could cause, Toric and Pius shattered the thing ending the threat.

As the group walked back to the tomb, Toric slapped Pius on the back. "We did good, lad. Sure did show that there black ball who's boss, eh? Keep this up we might not e'en need ol' goldilocks, though he do keep the girls in line, so mayhaps there's use fer 'im afterall. I 'ope 'e's got o'er what ailed 'im 'cause we could use 'is 'elp with that big shadow if'n it still be in the crypt. I'm not lookin' forward ta fightin' it again, but we gotta get rid o' it so me kin can rest in peace again."

Slade was very pleased with his new bow; he'd finally been able to more than just annoy the were's they'd been hunting. With the demise of the were's the lizardfolk would be able to return to their old home in the swamps and reclaim their niche in the food chain. He wondered what balance of life would be like down the road, given the havoc wreaked by the were's. Well, nature always bounced back and life would arise to fill the voids left by those wiped out.

"He keeps us in line, does he?" Nihmri mused upon this for a moment, smirking. "Just as well, I suppose. Else there'd be be no around one to keep you in line, hm? Or keep you standing upright, for that matter. And on that note, I really should make sure to fortify my trusty jug of healing draught. It's getting hard to keep up, with all the bleeding you lot get up to."
