for some reason I cannot start a game when using those files. I use them to replace the existing files not just place them in the folder

GW, did I see you say to put the files directly into the NWN folder, and not in the NWM folder?

Nope. Should start in an OOC area, not the senior barracks. Let's try again the week after next because it's almost supper time for us. Axe, I'm willing to give this a try sometime during the week if you're free, but I'm tired of dealing with it right now. Thanks for trying though.
